Warranty Policy
Z1Power warranty starts from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
The order number and serial number are important proof for filing a warranty claim. Z1Power warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
This warranty statement sets forth Z1Power’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Registration
We recommend registering your product to keep your purchase on file and help us process any future claim faster. Registration is available for products purchased directly from Z1Power's website, Amazon Store, or eBay.
Registration is optional and is not required for warranty coverage. You can still file a claim with your order number, serial number, and proof of purchase, whether or not you registered.
Repair Or Replacement
Z1Power will repair, at its own expense, any Z1Power product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. For any unrepairable product, Z1Power will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties.
A 30-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received. Repaired/Replaced products will be covered by either the original warranty period or the repair warranty, whichever is later. Replacements may be refurbished but will be functionally equivalent to the original item.
Return
Z1Power offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the Z1Power website, Z1Power’s Amazon Store or eBay.
Please do not ship any return items to us without first initiating a return request. You can initiate the return by reaching out to our customer support team at warranty@z1power.com, and provide your order number, product name (e.g. 12V 100Ah), serial number, reasons for return, and photos or videos showing the defects.
Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition and packaging. For items returned not in their original condition, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
Z1Power will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defective product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once Z1Power receives your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Products that are custom-configured, branded to your specifications, or purchased from a 3rd party retail partner are not eligible for return.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, here are a few things to check. First, look at your bank account again to make sure it hasn't already come through. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account once we receive the product. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If it still hasn't shown up, reach out to your credit card company, since it can take some time for a refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there's often additional processing time on their end before a refund appears.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or loss resulting from:
● Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or any use other than normal consumer use as specified in Z1Power's product literature.
● Use of the batteries as a backup or primary power source for life-support systems, medical equipment, or any application where failure could result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage, unless the manufacturer is involved in the system design and provides express written authorization. Any such use is at the purchaser's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims all liability arising from such use, reserves the right to refuse to service any battery used for these purposes, and disclaims all liability for that refusal.
● Use of unapproved parts, or unapproved alterations to parts, to the extent prohibited by Z1Power’s user manual.
● Repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized facility.
● Defects caused by parties other than the manufacturer, including, but not limited to, violations of the user manual, maintenance, installation, and commissioning instructions, brochures, or agreements provided to the buyer; operation or maintenance of the product by such parties; or their installation and commissioning of equipment and materials.
● Vandalism, abuse, or force majeure events.
● Items expected to be consumed or expended during routine operation and maintenance of the product.
